Escape!
While all the world was sleeping
I crept up to the moon
I said good-bye to earth-saying:
I'll be back soon!
I looked down below
At a world in suspension,
I pitied all the fools there
As I approached a new dimension.
I stayed for a while
Till just before dawn:
Then hurried back home
'Fore anyone knew I'd gone.
I brought back moon beams
To light up dark places
To climb into dark corners
To caress sad faces!

The Rebel
We really live
In a hole in the ground
We're all so lost
We can't be found
We're fools who think
We know it all-and
When the time comes
To answer the call
We'll be confused!
What happened to reason
To understand
Our purpose in life
Our true command
There are those
Weeping at
Jerusalem's wall
They can't understand at all
It's all a ploy!
Rising from the
Gates of Hell
Evil flows through!
Quelling the Liberty Bell-and
We are silly little Pawns
Anticipating each new dawn
Heedless of
What festers within!
What does it take
To wake the world
To make man denounce
What is absurd!
To make him want
To save his Soul
So he does not become
Satan's Fool!
Scream, scream
With all your might
Take up your conscience
Go and fight
You will never know
Liberty again
If you don't

Awaken!
Wake up sleepy head, and say:
I have to see the world today
To run and laugh through fields of green
To witness truths as yet unseen
To marvel at the hand of God
He is the Almighty Word
Whose paintbrush strokes of colours rare
Paint a world of Rainbows fair
The dew that falls in the silent night
Creates such jewels, in the morning's light
To quench the crave of thirsty flowers, as
Silver drops turn into showers!
